Avatar movie: censored scene?

Have you watch Avatar? The animation, the creatures, the forest, the designs of it are all so nice! It’s worth to me to pay for it and watch it. I don’t know about you but I don’t think the storyline is any better than 2012 but the designs and technologies used in the movie amazed me! You really have to go watch it if you have the chance!

Back to the topic, I heard there is a censored scene in the avatar. It is even reported in news that the movie been through the board of censorship and some of the scene was took off. I was wondering if anyone have watched the full version, the original version? Well if you do, share it here~! Would appreciate it heaps.

OK, so basically i went to see AVATAR the soon after if premiered. Loved it, but today I wen to see it for the 2nd time. Let me tell you! They totally censored the marriage/love scene between Na’tiri and Jake. It was soooooooooooooooooooo short this time around. It is a very important scene, he gets MARRIED TO HER! And it passes way faster than last time I saw it. Really pisses me off!

Aww.. that’s sad. I can’t recall if there was any scene on that part but I wonders why it’s being censored. I mean, are there anything obscene?

I fort da avatar movar waz bear gud, altho i alzo fort dat da scene dat u iz chattin on about, da S-E-X one.. shoulda totallar been left in n dat. cuz bazically i like da blue tings when dey gettin it on cuz it reminds me of blax

i watched it in the Netherlands, and i can say for sure that That was the whole movie. i watched another version of it last week and, well… the whole story got different in some key moments, and some small ones, like the first one I’ve seen, the nipples were easily visible.

but that apart. I found it weird that they censored the marriage scene,
it was kind of important to me

Tigger Ning: Ya, censorship brings down the overall rating of the movie. Nevertheless, it is still a great movie.

Lanzje: You’re lucky to get the change to watch the whole movie version. Looks like Netherlands does not practice strict censorship policy there? Ya, I agree with you that the marriage portion is the bliss in the movie and should not be censored. Am hoping to watch a full version here in Malaysia.
