床勿壓樑忌吊燈　影响心肺系統

睡覺的床不可以睡在樑下，尤其是身體的頭胸都不可以被壓，容易有心肺上的毛病，未婚者也容易沒有好姻緣，所以建議有壓樑的床一定要移開，如果礙於空間限制，可以補齊天花板，就沒有壓樑的問題。

另外，臥室的吊燈與吊扇，不要壓到床，因為以科學的角度來說，吊燈在床上，會有壓迫感，而且萬一發生地震時，容易掉落傷人，所以臥室最好以立扇為佳，燈具越簡單越好。

床下要淨空　廁所勿沖床

很多人會利用床底下的空間來堆放雜物，但是黃友輔老師表示，古代人倚地而睡，深受潮溼、蟲蟻之困擾，之後才有了床舖，可以免於地氣之苦，也有氣清通風的效果，所以床下堆放雜物容易氣不清、引蟲害，會導致健康受損，婦女也会不孕。

現在建築為了便利，會在臥房內設有衛浴，稱之「套房」，但是浴廁門不可以對床，因為污穢及潮溼之氣會直沖身體而有礙健康，必要時最好換床位，如果礙於格局的話，可以用屏風、珠簾來擋住，或者是廁所門常關閉，並用抽風機將穢氣抽走，以免影響睡眠品質。
 

大門看到臥床　可用屏風隔開

主臥室是夫妻休息的所在，如果從大門就可以看到床，將會容易與親友、鄰居吵架，不但感情不和睦，而夫妻之間也可能出現外遇爭議，一定要特別注意。所以可以更改臥室門的方位，或是用屏風、櫥櫃阻隔；特別要注意的是，如果從大門透過鏡子看到床位，同樣也會影響夫妻關係，最好把鏡子移開。

臥室趨吉避凶　避設廚房衛浴上下方

臥室內除了注意床不可壓樑之外，臥室外的環境也要注意. 廁所、樓梯之下，廚房、騎樓之上，都不可以當臥室，否則對身体健康會有影響。

廁所下設臥室，容易造成讀書不利、事業不順；而睡在樓梯下，可無法像哈利波特擁有魔法，反而容易造成孕婦難產；至於在廚房之上設臥室，容易造成虛火旺、脾氣差，導致夫妻不和，睡在騎樓上，則會影響事業。黃友輔建議，如果有這些情況，最好把床位移開或乾脆換臥房。
