Wedding process

There are many steps or stages in preparing a smooth (or close) wedding. Research is important to get the necessary information. I, myself, is going through it. There are basically three processes:

1. Proposal
2. ROM
3. Wedding

Those are common procedure of a marriage. It might sounds simple and easy but the process involved in between is not a total fun. There might be some difficulties within the period but having been through it is an experience that everyone should at least go through. Will post more on process of a real life experience.

It’s most probably has been advertised in the newspaper. You might have been wondering how it might looks like with the estimated cost reported. It’s surely (almost) all girl’s dream to have a wonderful wedding. I’ve watched their wedding event captured by Mayad Studios and held in Boracay Philippines, it’s awesome. My partner agrees. Avatar movie: censored scene?

Have you watch Avatar? The animation, the creatures, the forest, the designs of it are all so nice! It’s worth to me to pay for it and watch it. I don’t know about you but I don’t think the storyline is any better than 2012 but the designs and technologies used in the movie amazed me! You really have to go watch it if you have the chance!

Back to the topic, I heard there is a censored scene in the avatar. It is even reported in news that the movie been through the board of censorship and some of the scene was took off. I was wondering if anyone have watched the full version, the original version? Well if you do, share it here~! Would appreciate it heaps.

I am myself, a tomato food lover. I have since been addicted to it when I went to Korea where they sells tomato juice widely in their store. It tasted too good that I fell in love with it after taking it the very first time. Since then, I frequently bought those fresh tomatoes from market or concentrated juice from supermarket for consumption. However, being a lover myself, I have never know that tomatoes provide lots of key benefits to our human health.

One of the key important nutrient in Tomato that serves adds on healthier life is its’ lycopene which is an anti-oxidant component that slows down the aging process. This I believe is the most important factor in which most girls should look at. Tomatoes have high content of lycopene which is also vital in fighting against cancerous cells.

It is also claimed to be a blood purifier and helps in dissolving gallstones. In fact, it also helps in improving cholesterol profiles.

Vitamin A : 1,000 I.U.
Vitamin B : Thiamine .06 mg.;
Vitamin C : 23 mg.
Vitamin K : amount uncertain
Calcium : 11 mg.
Iron : .6 mg.
Phosphorus : 27 mg.
Potassium : 360 mg.
Protein : 1.0 gm.
Calories : 20

It is indeed a good food to consume anytime at an affordable price (you can even plant it yourself and sell it~!)
